To use Fedena you must agree to these terms & conditions. Any violation of the terms outlined below may will result in the termination of your Fedena account.
- Fedena is service offered by Foradian Technologies Private Limited, a company registered in India according to the companies act of 1956.
- Fedena is released as dual license and the open source version of the system is licensed under Apache 2.0. For more information regarding the open source version of Fedena, visit projectfedena.org
- You are responsible for the security of your login information. Foradian Technologies Private Limited will not be responsible for any loss or damage incurred through a security lapse such as this.
- Foradian Technologies Private Limited does not guarantee the service will meet your requirements, be available 100% of the time or be bug free.
- You understand and will not hold Foradian Technologies Private Limited responsible for any loss or damage incurred to you or your business by using Fedena. This includes, but not limited to, loss of profits, goodwill, data or other intangible losses.
- Support is provided only to the paid users of fedena and others will have to use the online community for support.
- Foradian Technologies Private Limited own all hardware, software, databases and all rights to the Fedena application, you retain all rights to any information you add or upload to your account
- Foradian Technologies Private Limited reserve the right to change these terms & conditions at any time.
